This 6,800 yen, 2-hour all-you-can-drink course includes 8 homemade dishes, including your choice of hot pot, grilled local pork marinated in Echigo miso, crab-filled xiaolongbao, Yukimi Pacific cod in a delicious broth, and steamed rice made with local koshihikari rice and scallops and root vegetables.
